Greetings.
Okay guys seems like we messed up a bit, now audience won't be satisfied even if Satoshi win or Dande win, what should we do.
Mugendaina: Hold my PokeBall...
Joke aside I think it was clear as day who win this one. Satoshi use all his power up but still struggling. Even if Pikachu win against Charizard Dande still have Aceburn who can keep spamming ground type move and Pikachu won't be able to do a thing.
Well all as expected in the end, see you in the next region Satoshi, where you getting pummeled by newbie trainer again
I was also expecting it or at most they tie, which I would love to see that.
I don't care about who win just give me the final result, hope it won't be "the final is interupted so it will be cancelled and invalid" bs
True on that last part.
Don't think it, will given those are still fighting
If it really were to end in a tie, I think Dande (Leon) would be declared as winner cuz Ash used mega and z-move along with gmax which is an unfair advantage
The only way I see Ash winning this is if Pikachu evolve into Raichu
against Cinderace. Other than that, it's a loss or a tie at best, as you guys say.
Nah, ‘m pretty sure evolving pikachu into raichu wouldn’t be the last thing fan wants. And I’m pretty sure, Pikachu is gonna dynamax, after all Ash has no limit to only doing once.
if Ash throws a Thunderstone at Pikachu randomly after him stating so long ago he want Pikachu and him to get stronger as they are would 100% kill his character
Thats funny but also just might be possible. Holding off his evolution for Ash's greatest battle.
still doubt that Satoshi will return as main character. The problem now is that, evne if he lost, he is, at absolute worse, the second strongest trainer in the whole goddam world, a fact that is publicly known. Doubt even the pokemon anime writers could get away with a regional nerf this time.
Yeah
Wow, Dnite REALLY wanted that Rillaboom dead... and I can't blame it lol. That thing is a PROBLEM. Was hoping Sirfetch'd would have one shot it there, buf ofc it was too good to be true.
Dracovish doing us all proud with that kill tho, absolute chad.
Nah fr tho, Leon needs to put that thing on a leash.
Really surprised Leon ain't finishing with Charizard tbh. Somehow get the feeling this is lights out for Ash, but I damn hope not... MAKE US ALL PROUD PIKACHU! (that z-move/max whatever it is clash was damn epic tho!)
...I swear to God if Eternatus does something to have the finals cancelled tho.
Even if Eternatus didn't do anything, Satoshi will still lose. Even if Pikachu beat Charizard, how can he win against full health Aceburn who electric type move have no effect and Aceburn can just spam ground type move
Can be anyone's game really, the anime can be unpredictable sometimes. Copying a comment I saw on YouTube here, but I'm personally hoping he beats Charizard, ties against Cinderace, and then Charizard and Lucario have a sudden death match or something. Would be fun.
It's pretty much over at this point since Pikachu already use the full power Z-move and took so much damage that I doubt Pikachu would have any juice left, even with the plot armor.
If Cinderace/Aceburn is also greatly damaged then yes it is unpredictable. But Aceburn is pretty much uninjured. Libero let him immune to electric move, Iron Tail not as effective once Aceburn change back to fire type. Quick attack not powerful enough. Really not even plot armor could save him
Even in one in a million chance they draw, Charizard VS Lucario sudden death match, yes it would be interesting, and would explain the opening, but Fire/Flying against Fighting/Steel? I don't see much hope for Satoshi winning.
Yeah. Ash has been through a lot of wins in this series, but up to this point there's a slim chance of victory with an uninjured Cinderace waiting if Pikachu's able to beat Charizard. At least we got one hell of a battle out of it with Ash using Gigantamax, Mega Evolution and Z-Move.
Actually Cinderace wasn't too much damage. He is still as athletic as ever.
probably iron tail but yeah as it was going ash would have lost
The only way I see Pikachu beat ace burn is that somehow he manages to make Pikachu terestalize to make the transition to gen 9. A flying pikachu would beat that ace burn.
But even without, it's like you never watched the anime. Ash often wins especially when faced with a type disadvantage. His Pikachu beat a geodude and an onix after all. Don't forget that Pikachu has iron tail.
Leon: Ash, I want you to use ALL of your move mechanics on me! What can go wrong?
Eternatus:
"In this region where massive amounts of energy can cause Pokemon to transform and run amok, use ALL THE POWER!"
Dracovish getting the most win than Lucario. Lol.
He doing most of the wins.
Indeed he has.
Pokemon is OP for a reason :P
there is a reason why they named him unorogan becuz he reverse uno traps you. lol
The shield surfing Sirfetch'd was cool to see.
It was! Loved that.
Leon is a battle junkie, they would fight again the next day for sure!
i'd hope so it wouldn't be an epic battle/arc with out a big problem like the end of every tornament in every anime series
that rillaboom just wont die XD
at least everyone keeps shining, but ash lose is becoming clear as anyone can see :/
still.....whats going to happen is still a mistery.....and for some reason the preview has some nice quality......as the games come in 2 weeks, lets see whats going to happen with the anime next week
that charizard NEEDS to go down tho
The problem is they did too many fvcking recaps and side filers with too many breaks in-between that this should concluded the worlds tournament at the end of September at most.
and we still have go arcs to finish :v
Most likely this will end mid December (maybe) But I'm not sure about another continuation in Pokemon since this's more or less a canon series with minor connections to the games since it's combining Pokemon Go, Lets Go games, Sh & Sw, BD &SP-LoA, and bits + pieces of the other past games.
Pikachu just might decide himself to evolve finally, maybe into Raichu or maybe into a new PM and then perhaps G-max/dynamax lol. Thats the only way Ash's little rat has any chance against a pseudo dragon and a bipedal fighter furball.
You know that pikachu would need a thunderstone to do so. And no it definitely won't evolve. It's almost guaranteed that it will g-max. And a small but higher chance than evolving would be that it somehow terestalizes.
Having to wait for another episode is kinda frustrating, but well, gonna have to wait to see if Pikachu toughs it out to win in the end, or gets beat down by either Charizard or Cinderace.
Oh hello Eternatus.
Was a bit concerned, but looking at the next episodes preview it doesn't seem like Eternatus is there to cause trouble. It looks like it's blasting the clouds away, it's probably there to feed on some Galar particles that happened with the Kyoidai Hellfire vs 10M volts and the power from Mega Evolution.
It's just my guess, but I think Eternatus sensed the reaction and just went there for a snack on all that power looming about the stadium (After all leaving those particles there probably isn't good for the Pokémon in the stadium with the spectators, and in a packed tournament final no less), the people may panic at first but once it shows it's not a threat the people should be okay. After all Rose did say it was feared in the past, but Leon and the others want it to be able to help Galar for the future as it is a vital Pokémon to their region.
Still, to basically just about level the Hammerlocke tower just for a free meal is kinda a bit much though XD
Yeah I think you're right about Eternatus. Doesn't look like it's a threat this time around.
Leon literally did a "It's morbin' time"
So clearly, based on the glow of Leon's band in the preview, Leon and Ash will get to Dynamax one more time like when the Tapus replenished his and Kukui's Z-Ring in SM. The question is whether Leon goes for Charizard again or if he switches out for Cinderace, who will be beat by G-Max Pikachu, before going into the base Pikachu vs. base Charizard battle. From a marketing perspective, it'd be a chance to show off another cool G-Max if they use Cinderace, but Leon did say he wanted to finish things with Charizard.
Honestly, I'm not sure which way it'll go, but I do think it's intentional that they didn't actually show any of the Dynamax battle in the preview to keep people guessing.
Come to think of it, the one and only appearance of G-Max Pikachu was kind of an unforeseen "accident", was it not?
I wonder if we'll actually get to see it again after all, courtesy of a rampaging Eternatus.
Are you talking of pikachu transformation in the beginning galar. If so, that is dynamax powered by eternatus applicable on all pokemons in galar. G-max is only for certain pokemons. The other transformation in the Sweets competition was a funny joke, not a G-max of ash's pikachu.
When Ash battled against Leon the first time, Pikachu g-maxed, not simple dynamax. Ash's pikachu is a g-max pikachu.
Exactly
which also makes it so pikachu can't evolve even if it gets tapped with a thunderstone. same thing with team rockets meowth.
Leon's Rillaboom is so strong wtff
no way theyre gonna blue ball us for one more fuckin episode. i mean i kinda guessed it but dawg,
This book is my favorite. I've read it five times.→
